same is happening with me when i try to compile the code , it is showing submission limit reached
Same. Happening with me too.
Same happening wit me, I have been tryint to submit a code since 30 mins. This is so annoying
Yesterday also this same problem was occuring
This is an issue only with Run. You will still be able to Submit without any problems.
So, you should be able to use any local IDE and submit the code.
