So i have a value x which is equal to (a+b+c)%m
Now i have another value d that i need to substract from x such that the new val is equal to
(a+b+c-d)%m
Does anyone know the proper formula for it?
Eg
(3+4)%3=1
Now if i try to substract 2 from 1 i ll get -1
But the actual answer should be
(3+4-2)%3=2

Yes…
(a+b -c + M ) % M
when ever you see - terms add + M then take modulo
if a+b-c = x where x is -ve then
do ( x + jM) % M where jM > abs(x)
