Money debited in spite of cancelling auto renewal subscription

As I have unsubscribed before auto renewal date, the money has got debited. Could please refund the amount.

Your subscription is canceled from our end at 9:59 PM on 4th May.
Despite that Razorpay has deducted the amount for next month. I am following up with the Razorpay team for the same. Your money will get credited within 7 days.

Hi @karthikskumar @emperor100 Unfortunately, even though this amount was deducted by Razorpay, they did not send this money to us (as the subscription was cancelled), hence I can’t issue a refund to you.

I would request you to approach their support team: Contact Razorpay Customer Care – Razorpay Support
