My code chef account has been flagged but I didn’t cheat in any contest mentioned and I haven’t receive any mail regarding to it.

My code chef account has been flagged in Starters 149D and I haven’t attempted question D.
But I haven’t received any email and it’s is showing in codechef website.
I am full confident that I haven’t cheat in contest .
I have attached my screenshot of it .
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible
