My live Java contest got locked and while I am trying to find any solution they blocked me

Can anyone help me because while I am attending the Java live contest and moving into the next question the screen displayed me a huge error 404 and said that the content is locked and told me to unlock it from the contest page.
Then I tried out many things to solve this issue but the timer keeps ticking, after some time they restricted the access and blocked me from taking the contest and said to contact assesment organiser (I have no idea how to)

This problem came up again when I tried to open another live contest but it kept saying “404 error”

I am new to codechef so pls help me with this issue

Apologies for the issues you faced during the test. There was some technical error from our side. We have fixed it. We will see if we can somehow get you to give the test again.
