I have put my card information, as well as my bulling address, in multiple time. However, every attempt is followed by a message stating "Your card has been declined. I have re-tried at least 12 different time, but the issue still persists .

Sorry for the issue faced by you. It looks like your card does not have a 2FA enabled and hence the payment gateway is not accepting the payment.
In case if you’re able to make a payment via Paypal, please send it to to our Paypal Account and share the transaction details to suraj@codechef.com. I will activate your subscription.
