When you apply for job and lets say you got into one and got the offer letter as well. But you are thinking of not going there but need offer letter so that you can apply for other companies for better compensation etc. So, do you guys really like tell the HR or so that you will going to join but at the end, you just didnt go there on joining date? Like is it the thing we can do, or should we straight forward tell the HR now, that I am not going to join?
Will company ask for resignation letter as well while joining?
