Not able to submit solution

Hey. I don’t think anyone else has posted here about this.
In this problem from INOI past years

I’ve been trying to submit my solution for a few days but it keeps buffering with Submission Queued for hours (maybe more i just refreshed after a few hours and tried again)
I also checked other submissions apparently no one’s been able to submit since 28/10/21.
Please look into this.
