@admin I just checked the School category rank list for July Long Challenge and I could not see my name anywhere. I had faced a similar problem sometime back but then I had received an email that the problem had been solved. And I could actually see myself in the June Long Challenge rank list under School category. But again, I don’t know why, I am not there! Please look into the matter. I hope that this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that I can see my name in the School category of July Long Challenge.

Does this really need a public post? Are you unaware of how emails work?

I am happy that you responded so soon. I surely know how emails work 
. But I think that public posts communicate the problem faster than emails, which is quite necessary for a live contest. Maybe you took it some other way. I’ll try not to make a public post about such things.
