My account is not showing any nov14 submission. I think it means my submissions for NOV14 didn’t get counted. Can admin tell me why is so?

It must be because your code was found similar to some other’s code and got caught in plagiarism testing. If you are sure that you did not copy the code and kept you code secret, you can contact CodeChef.
I think it happened because I used ideone and forgot to make codes private
And there your code was stolen. You cannot have any excuse for this reason as CodeChef always mentions this in their Rules and Regulations on contest page.
