Only shows submission status but does not show any submitted code

Only shows submitted status but does not show any of the submitted code in my practice tab even i have completed one of the course with certificate.

Additional info

In the above screenshot only submitted status is visible but the submitted code is not available in any of the submitted problem in my profile. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
