Page refresh screen error

Describe your issue

when i open the link: CodeChef: Practical coding for everyone in codechef and applying “basic programming” topic from left panel "topics " section the filter is applied which is absolutely fine. but if i refresh the screen again then i am getting below error which is screenshot 2.
