Payment completed but did not recieve the pro subscription

I used the upi option and it did go through but im still have not received the pro subscription

I have also received the sms from my bank that the transaction is successful

We got the notification from our payment provider that online payment is not enabled on your card. Thus we have not received the payment from your end. You should get it back in some days.

that error popped up when i used my debit card and there was no transaction but after this i used the upi method

Sadly we do not have any information on your second transaction. Ideally you should receive the money back into your account within 7 days.
