Is it okay to copy a code snippet from online tutorial say GeeksForGeeks and submit it in an online challenge?
If you are learning something during the contest time and that code snippet is any part of logic that your problem needs, Then I would suggest you to understand what that code snippet does and implement on your own. Copy pasting will not help in the longer run.
But If you want inputs on Plagiarism check. Notifying @admin here.

Yes. Give attribution at the top with a comment pointing to the article source.

No need. Read code of conduct.
You will not get plagiarism if you mention link of the source in comments if that source was created before start of contest.
