I have done 3 correct submissions during a codechef contest. Out of them, 2 are exactly the same as I have submitted twice. Now is there any chance that I am flagged for plagarism because both of my codes matches 100%.

If you have submitted the code from same account, it doesn’t matter. But if you submit same code from 2 account, we will flag both account for cheating.
