I just now found that the interface of Sublime Text forum is very much similar to CodeChef Discuss.

It’s not plagiarism.

Actually, both the platforms are made using Discourse, which is an open-source Internet forum and mailing list management software application.

As it is an open-source software anyone can use it for their discussion forum, even you can make a similar discussion forum for yourself.
