When I try to read a problem from the practice section(easy/medium) it says
"You are not authorized to access this page. "
Can someone please tell why this happened and for how long is it going to be like that?

Yes, we are aware of this issue. We have fixed it temporarily, it happens intermittently. We will be bringing in a permanent fix for it soon. In the meantime, if you face such issue, kindly send us an email at feedback@codechef.com
