Can someone please explain how the practice scores for the practice problems are calculated?

They are calculated on the basis of difficulty rating assigned to the problems:
Total Practice Score = (Sum of Difficulty Rating of all problems solved) / 1000
Topic Practice Score = (Sum of Difficulty Rating of all problems solved of that topic) / 1000
