I have received 10 premium credits in total. I am unable to access pro content. It isn’t even giving me the option to use my credits.

I figured it out.
All the information has to be filled in profile.
I had forgotten to put in DOB

Sorry, I had opened a different module containing problems and I didn’t see the Access now button. It is only there in learning modules
