Must the even elements be in increasing order or what am i getting wrong? Can anybody clear things up? And yes i have read the Problem statement multiple times

if it’s not mentioned in the problem statement then it is not necessary.
why the downvotes? It is just a simple question and I’m not discussing any approaches, just trying to clear things up
