Problem with Pratice path "Projects using HTML / CSS"

So i have completed the following pratice path " Projects using HTML / CSS" and as you can see in the 1st screenShot

This 2nd screenshot is when i visit the “Pratice page” using the Top Navigation it shows 11 problems left.
