How can we see the fastest codes from a particular programming language in the submitted codes section of user profiles
We need language wise sorting of submitted codes in user profile.
If you want to see the codes of one language at one place then You can go to all submissions
and from there you can select the language and which verdict you want to see then you can see the codes of only one language (but it will not be sorted in execution time 
)
Yeah!! Those are not sorted on the basis of execution time and best code practices!!
