Questions not available for practice yet

Hi Team,
Can you please let me know when will question “Defense of a Kingdom Problem” Code: WCE0004 ( https://www.codechef.com/WCE22021/problems/WCE0004 ) will be available for practice ? It has been 12-13 hours since the contest got overed.
I still can’t see submit option for this problem.
