My rating and score are not getting updated from last two contest, can someone please explain this
Not sure what you mean. Your rating has increased from 1137 to 1173.
In the previous contest you had a change of +0.
I have scored 300 points for solving 3 questions and only 37 score have been added what policy you are following tell me please

The score just determines your ranking in the contest. Change in rating of each contestant is calculated based on all the other contestants’ performance(ranking).
