Rating change of last contest was ignored?

So my rating started from my last to last contest and my rating change of like +30 was ignored . Someone else faced the same ?

in contest I got 1408
after 2nd last contest 1360
now my rating 1394 why?

also I got confuse on Starters 179 (Rated)
contest I barely touch 1346
after contest I got 1375

what are the calculation is going I want to know
