if a person solved all problems of the month-long challenge with 100% accuracy, then how many ratings will be added to his account, 300, 400, …??
Rating depends on rank and not number of problem solved.

Why do you wanna know this?
There’s a proper formula to calculate this. Moreover it varies from person to person. Also, score is irrelevant, rank and total participation matters. To give a rough estimate, it would be more or less around 200 increment, from what I have seen.
