I have successfully solved two problems (with hidden test cases) in January long challenge DIVTHREE and DECODEIT ,though my rating is decreased from 1487 to 1440 ,can anyone tell me why this happened?
I think rating is dependent on rank. Maybe your rank was too low.
can you please explain a bit more briefly.
