Reason for less participation in March Cook-Off 2019

Any specific reason(s) for less participation in March Cook-Off 2019? Participation was significantly less than previous cook-off’s.

Almost same number of people had participated in March-cook-off as in February-cook-off, but, the easiest question of the cook-off involved maps, which most of the newbies(or the people who only solve 1st question) are not much familiar with, so less is the number of submissions :slight_smile:

Yeah I agree. It would have been hard to implement without STL functions.
