i bought this with a referral for 3k and now i want to refer this to someone but I can’t. Why can’t I see any code so that i can refer to someone else

Also i referred it to someone so still my dashboard shows 0 conversion and i did not recieve 3 months extra subscription of pro, can you fix that too?
No, it does not take time to reflect. There was a minor bug related to referral code generation, which has now been fixed.
From our end, we can see that one user applied your referral. However, during payment, they used a referral code belonging to another user. That is why your dashboard shows 0 successful conversions.
In total, she applied three referral codes, but at the time of payment, the referral code used was from a different user. As a result, the conversion and the associated 3-month Pro subscription benefit were not credited to your account.
So what now? I mean its not her fault either as she Waited for few days to change it and still the other person got the conversion benefit. But she used mine what happened later was issue on your platform end right. So can you fix it please as we thought and then only took the decision of referal as i wanted to get pro extended and not the other person.
Hi Bhuvan, we have discussed with our team, and have manually extended your 3 month pro plan, it might still not show the successful conversation count, since the payment is made with someone’s else referral code
