I probably have a good/ original idea about a problem(easy/ simple) which can be used in codechef contest. @admin I just wanted to ask if I submit the problem will anyone ever read the problem or consider it for contest. Asking since I am 3* and not a DIV 1 on any other platform.

They will read it.
If your problem is good enough and they need problem with that difficulty then yes they will accept it as well.
Better to have a good problem from 3 star coder rather than having no problem or very classical problem from 4*
So it depends on your question.
