Issue Faced During CN Test - Proctored Mode
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting my CN (Computer Networks) test, which was conducted in proctored mode.
Earlier today, I was in the process of taking the test, and everything seemed to be functioning normally. However, after a short while, the screen displayed a message stating that the test was finished, even though I had not completed it. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I refreshed the page, but unfortunately, it then informed me that I had unattempted the test and that it was marked as finished.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.
Please let me know if there is any way to retake the test or if further action is required from my side.
