Request for Refund – CodeChef Pro Subscription

Hello,

I noticed that I was charged USD 39 for the CodeChef Pro subscription this month. I clicked the “Cancel Subscription” button after the billing date, as I was not aware that the charge had already been processed.

I would like to kindly request if it is possible to cancel this month’s subscription and receive a refund, as I do not plan to use the Pro features this month.

I understand your billing policy, but I would really appreciate your consideration in this matter.

A refund has been initiated by us. It should reflect in your original mode of payment in 7-10 working days. Request you to kindly cancel the subscription if you have already not done it.
