Request for time duration of lunchtimes and cookoffs

If you feel it is required then please increase the time duration of both codechefs cookoff and lunchtime by 1 hour because it is not possible for all level of coders to solve all 5 questions within3 hours . This is just a suggestion or a request which might not be accepted too.

I think it is not even possible for most coders to concentrate on a contest for more than 3 Hrs every month. It may directly or indirectly affect his health.

also the contests are following a specific format of IOI and ICPC
