The contest is starting a bit late, can it be shifted?

u know …for every codeforces contest that starts at 8 Pm …there are many who will start their contest at 2 AM or 3AM …doing contest at 2AM
is simply horror …and u are here saying that 11 PM is late…i dont say 11 pm is great time…but still…u need to face difficult times…after all this is life !!!
