'Sasta Operation on Tuple' - ECJN201 - Encoding June'20 Contest

Hey,
If I’m not wrong, in the contest ECJN201 in the encoding June’20 contest there are 2 cases. One mentioned in the explanation of the question and other in Sample Input. Both cases give different directions on how to find the output.

Do tell me if I ain’t right.

UPD: in question statement example is used to demonstrate the operation that are allowed to perform but not in optimal way.
Optimal way is what you have to find.
by optimal i mean maximizing the no. of operation to make them equal
