if someone in div 1 solved 0 questions but he has rank 330 by getting verdict wrong answer in div 1 but another student from same college has solved 1 question he has rank 700s in div 2 , will div 1 guy get cook off free month-long subscription or not ?

but his rank is also not shown in ranklist , he got to know about his rank from rating changes home
page.
