Solving problems in Javascript language?

Hi All,

Is it the good way to start practice the problems in Javascript language for product based companies Interviews rather than C++, Java, Python?
Please give the detailed explanation with reasons.

I think Javascript is not a good choice for programming competition platforms like CodeChef. However, if your want to be a front end developer or want to develop some JS based websites (for example https://bit235.com), then I think you can invest more in it. Companies do ask interview questions related to JS if they are hiring a front end developer. Also, note that programming language is never a barrier or tool to top/fail an interview.
