Something seriously wrong with JUNE Lunchtime Ranklist

There are plenty of errors in Codechef June Lunchtime Div 1 Ranklist.
People with 150 points are ranked above the ones with 200 points in some places
People with 100 points are ranked above people with 150 points in some other places.
Ratings also calculated incorrectly based on the wrong ranks.

Can you please investigate issue in ranklist of ENJU2020.

I have 0 wrong attempts but my penalty and penalty time counts 5. Thanks
