Spammers - what to do?

It seems that there are some spam users - for example pestshopa, whiteteeth16. What to do when I find posts like theirs?

Hey betlista, Thanks for your concern!

You can just mark their comments and posts as ‘spam’ if you have the required karma points. Or the admins will remove it while monitoring the forums and take the necessary actions.

What karma do I need for this? This user (Profile - fourerjob1 - CodeChef Discuss) is spammer too.
