I found a pretty problem. Me and my friend solved 2 questions in October challenge he got 2 stars 
but me only 1 but both of us solved correctly why is that difference? Please anyone help to get 2 star:star2:

Its is not because he/she solve it before him…In long challenges submission time doesn’t matter. It is because you were around 1400 and he might be having default starting rating 1500.
