What if there is some merged interval like
0 - 10
5 - 15

I was telling, suppose the time interval are such that they overlap each other. It is no where written that more than one invigilator cannot monitor Chef.
In the above example I gave, if first interviewer starts invigilation from 0 sec to 10 sec and 2nd interviewer starts from 5 sec -15 sec.
So chef is under invigilation from [0 - 15]. You are not considering this case in your code.
