I got Global Rank 30 my rating increase was meek than lowly rated Global Rank 32 in same contest.

This might be a bug please look into it.
This is expected. You get the largest boost in first few contests, as the system is trying to understand your correct level.
If you consistently perform like this, your rating will also reach similar levels.
