I am doubtful about coding tests which have 2-4 problems like we have in codechef and hackerearth where the problem is a word-problem with lots of information and some storyline. How to solve these questions and are these type of questions more difficult/different ( in making logic) than face-to-face interview type of questions like reverse a link list. I have worked with the second type of questions but solving 1st type just confuses me a lot and takes a lot of time to even make sense of the problem.
It’s not really a storyline it’s just a theme. You can do the problem even if you completely ignore the story. Just try to understand what the problem wants you to do.
