my streak freeze did not apply , i had 2 freeze left , but it got reset

the issue is still not resolved , my streak is still not recovered
i had maintained 365+ days streak , at point of my streak reset i had 2 freeze left in my account , but it did not apply on its own
i had also faced this issue one more time in past , later it got sorted
