I am writing regarding an issue with my coding streak on my CodeChef account (Username: aman_rising01).
I had maintained a streak of more than 365 days with consistent daily problem solving and dedication. on 22 may 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances, I was unable to solve a problem. However, I still had 4 streak freezes available on my account, and I expected the freeze mechanism to protect my streak automatically.
Unfortunately, when I checked , my streak had been reset to 1 day instead of being preserved using a streak freeze.
Please help me get back my streak .
