Streak Lost Problem

My 700+ CodeChef streak was broken unexpectedly on 22nd August 2025. I had 5 streak freezes left before the streak was broken but yesterday when i couldn’t code or submit any problem, the streak freeze didn’t work and today, my streak was gone.
Normally, the Streak Freeze should have kept my streak going but that didn’t happen this time.
