Can anyone tell me the exact timings of Practice round(ICPC) to be held today because the mail we got from codechef mentioned the timings of contest from 4 pm IST to 7 pm IST.
But when i logged in to go to the page for practice round, it’s showing that the contest will start from 2pm IST.

YA A CLARIFICATION IS REQUIRED please publish correct details as soon as possible
The timer for the contest page is showing that the round will begin in about 4 hours from now i.e 4pm IST. I think its 4pm IST confirmed.

Yes, I just received an email from Codechef team that they have resolved the issue. So the contest will start from 4pm IST.
Today (17-Oct-19): 4 PM - 7 PM IST (Indian Standard Time)
