If a team from, say IITB has applied for Amritpuri and another for Kolkata, and are topping the scores for their particular college in that regional, will both of them get selected since they are different onsite? Or will only one of them be selected?
Basically, the rule, that top colleges from each institute will be selected, does this mean that just the topper from each college, irrespective of the onsite preference will be selected or can a college have multiple top teams going to different regionals?
