He copies the solutions from the youtube channels (Surprisingly he is even not consistent with the programming language ie) copy-paste the solution available in whichever language)
He is continuously cheating from the day he joined (previously cheated in July long challenge) this time he cheated in:

Bro this is not true , Now they are reducing the ratings of contestants who were caught in cheating .

Oh man o man!! This is so crazy. I think he used some sort of variable generator something like obfuscation based on story maybe to avoid plagiarism.
That submission was made by @pastor after the contest and not during the contest, so I donāt think this was for avoiding plagiarism and stuff, but actually just for fun.
One more thing, I just noticed that the ratings for many of the users have got decreased till Feb Long Challenge now.

Today I was going through the solutions of SUBSFREQ problem and found that the last few AC submissions were made in the last few minutes of the contest and were identical. I am posting a few of them here but there might be more down there.

@admin I really appreciate your decision regarding rating decrease but I still feel rule 9 in Codechef Code of Conduct needs another thought. It is really hard for me to understand why Codechef allows this.
