There is no point of writing it here. If they are caught in plag check, their ranks and ratings will be dropped and admin said they will do it in upcoming weeks.

THEY HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAME QUESTIONS IN EACH CONTEST WITH SIMILAR APPROACH AND GOT SAME RESULTS IN ALL PROBLEMS (ALMOST). Take July Challenge for example.

That contest was neither rated nor had any prizes. I don’t think plag check happens for unrated contests but I am not sure.

Agreed but still there is no point of writing for some particulars. If ratings will be dropped, they will be dropped for everyone.

Still no MOSS check has taken place. MOSS should be applied asap because large scale cheating endangers the reliability of codechef.
In my opinion, for one long challenge, MOSS should be applied before next month contest.

PS: Almost all from my college copied the code from ideone about which one of my friend told me after the contest and I was shocked with the sudden inflation in my rank.
It is shameless on their part that just for the sake of rating how can one bend so down that they assort to cheating and plagiarism.

This guy:nikhil_261 got a score of 700 I was shocked as I didn’t see his name anywhere near to mine(my score is 560) and suddenly I see that this guy comes from nowhere and stands at the top.

Same goes for :viper95.

Because of these greedy bastards the spirit of the competetion goes down exponentially.
These are just a little of the huge crowd who cheat and submit solutions in long challenges just for the sake of rating increase.

PS: @admin please look into it.

This ideone link was given by this YouTube account in the description of their CHEFWED solution.“They” were giving away solutions for subscribers in return also stating that “these solutions are for those who are stuck on this problem for many days”. The videos have now been removed but I have images from my history that they have uploaded but apparently new users cannot upload images.
